FAQs
Q: Can I buy a CasePro100 with an autodrive already setup?
A: Yes, we can now supply a complete unit all ready to go. Please contact us if you are interested in this option.

Q: How Do I Hook The Case Feeder Up To The Machine?
A: Each machine hooks directly to the case feed tube. If you do not purchase the mounting kit or the 1/2 mounting kit you will have to find a method of holding up the actual case feeder i.e. mounting tube.

Q: How Do I Mount My Machine?
A: There are a two possibilities, you can fasten your machine directly to your work bench, or purchase the mounting kit. The mounting kit allows the machine to become portable and also comes with a mounting tube, bracket and feed tube for the case feeder. Either method is effective but it is important that you use on of these methods, the machine must be securely fastened before you use it or it will not work correctly.

Q: How Long Do The Dies Last?
A: The dies are produced out of a high quality tool steel so they are next to impossible to wear out, If there is an issue with the dies all you have to do is contact us and we will correct the issue for you. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to answer this question due to the fact that this an issue that we hear about so rarely and it is reliant on how you are using the machine.

Q: What Do I Do If My Machine Isn't Working Properly Or I Need A Repair?
A: Contact us! If it is caused by normal usage we will fix it for you! We stand by our product 100% and want to make sure that you are satisfied. If you need anything at all Contact Us

Q: Why Is There A Plastic Screw On The Moving Die?
A: The purpose of this is to prevent damage to the machine in case of a jam. The plastic screw will sheer rather than break the transfer bar. The head of the screw pops off and then you must remove the remaining piece. To do this you can take a small flat head screw driver and heat the tip, then place it on the top end of the screw and it will come out easily. If you need replacement screws contact Casepro, we will supply 3 screws for $1.00 + shipping.
